refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you got it, and in its original packaging. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. You’ll get a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card might take some time to post it. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us.

Items sent back without a return request won’t be accepted.

Many of our products are handmade, so slight imperfections or color variations may occur.

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please reach out and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement.
